The Emergency Service Pipes and Drums Association was formed to support the families, friends and communities of Firefighters, Police Officers and EMS who have lost their lives in service to your community.

The legendary and famous music of Pipes and Drums Associations is heard world wide in both times of celebration and sorrow. The Emergency Service Pipes and Drums Association is a 501-c non-profit association whose mission is to honor the fallen and foster mutual respect and awareness between the community and those who risk their lives daily protecting all of us.

All Association members purchase their own instruments, uniforms, and private lessons depending on the tax-deductible donations to support their mission other expenses. With the on going necessary support required to maintain the ESP&D Association mission, a FUND RAISER CRUISE has been scheduled whereby a portion of your cost goes directly to the Emergency Service Pipes & Drums Association as a $75 per person tax-deductible contribution.

What better way to celebrate the most special of relationships between the Central Texas emergency responders and the communities they serve then to cruise with them and your families and friends aboard a brand new mega ship, the CARNIVAL MAGIC as she sails from Galveston, Texas. This floating resort is a newly built ship, which was delivered to Carnival during the summer of 2011. Galveston is a short drive from Central Texas, saving you from those ugly airfares, airport security lines, and luggage fees, making it affordable for you and your families to cruise together with the Emergency Service Pipes & Drums Association.

The Best of Both Worlds - by combining the excitement of a 7-Day Western Caribbean Cruise and the luxury you will find aboard the CARNIVAL MAGIC, you will experience a memorable week of supporting the Emergency Service Pipes and Drums Association while cruising aboard the MAGIC. Our specialized MAGIC CRUISE itinerary is designed to include a private welcome aboard cocktail (family) party.

If you have never been on a cruise before, it is time to stop dreaming and start looking forward to all the delicious dinning, exotic destinations, exciting entertainment, casino action, spa service, adults only sanctuary, children's camp, water park, teen's club, and pampering service you will experience on our MAGIC EMERGENCY SERVICE PIPES & DRUMS ASSOCIATION FUND RAISER CRUISE. We have made it easier and more affordable than ever to cruise with our program whereby you can make low monthly payments after your application and deposit are received. We are offering 2 different categories of cabin accommodations. The Inside (no window) and Balcony categories require a $250 per person deposit before July 31, 2013. The Deluxe Ocean View, Cove Balcony, Ocean Suite and Grand Suite category also require a $250 per person deposit and the rates are available upon request as well as third, forth and fifth passenger occupancies. The deposits/payments are refundable up to October 31, 2013 without penalty.

Caution: Only those booked through Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. will be included in all group functions and will have a $75 per person contribution forwarded to the Emergency Service Pipes & Drums Association. The Early Saver Rates (discounts) on web sites are very restrictive, completely non-refundable and no changes, including names, are allowed once booked. We do not recommend these rates for this group and they are not listed. If you want a comparison, please inquire.

All guests must present the required citizenship documentation at embarkation and failure to have the proper documentation with you will result in denied boarding and no refund. Passengers under 21 years old must sail with their parents or legal guardian. The Magic has FAMILY CABINS that can accommodate up to 5 passengers as well as connecting cabins so book your cabins now before they are no longer available. Rates are based on availability; Single occupancy cabins are price at 200%. OPTIONAL VACATION PROTECTION PLAN (insurance) is highly recommended to protect your vacation and cruise investment. Details and an application form will be provided to you with your confirmation or can be found on our web site home page, www.pvt4u.com. A premium payment with your insurance application is recommended to be sent directly to the insurance company within two weeks of your deposit date.

A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $250 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN RESERVATION BEFORE JULY 31, 2013. MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY OCTOBER 31, 2013.

If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Carnival Cruise Lines. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO., INC. Final payment is due by October 31, 2013. If you are paying by credit card, your deposit, scheduled and final payments will automatically be charged to your credit card when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before October 31, 2013 no penalty for cancellation, after October 31, 2013 and before November 15, 2013 a penalty of $250 per person for cancellations, as of November 15, 2013 and before December 15, 2013 a penalty of 50% of your vacation package cost is assessed, as of December 15, 2013 and before December 31, 2013 a penalty of 75% of your vacation package cost is assessed and as of December 31, 2013, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after October 31, 2013. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have the proper travel documentation (passport or original birth certificate with photo id.) and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. Carnival Cruise Lines and Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk. Please advise on the application if you are NOT a United States citizen.
