Join the legendary KLBJ-FM Half Time Show hosts Charlie Hodge and Matt Sadler aboard the fantastic Carnival Conquest sailing from Galveston, Texas August 7 to 14, 2011. Also joining our floating party will be the fantastic headlining comics, JR Brow and Jimmie Roulette, who will entertain at our private parties. This cruise is not complete without you the loyal Half Time Show listeners. So, this is your official invitation to come along.

The Best of Both Worlds - by combining the excitement of a 7-Day Western Caribbean Cruise and the private HALF TIME SHOW parties aboard the luxury Carnival Cruise ship CONQUEST, you will experience a memorable week of celebration and relaxation. Our specialized Comedy Conquest Cruise itinerary is designed to include a private welcome aboard cocktail party at which time we will introduce our entertainers and you will have the opportunity to meet fellow KLBJ-FM listeners. Additionally, during the week, you are invited to the private comedy shows exclusive only for those on this Paradise Vacation cruise package. (Admission is by Half Time Show identification only)

If you have never been on a cruise before, it is time to stop dreaming and start looking forward to all the delicious dinning, exotic destinations, exciting entertainment, casino action, and pampering service you will experience on our Half Time Show Comedy Conquest Cruise with KLBJ-FM. We have made it easier and more affordable than ever to cruise with our program whereby you can make monthly installment payments after your application and deposit are received. We are offering 3 different categories of cabin accommodations. The Inside (no window), Ocean View (window), and the Balcony (with outdoor private verandah) category require a $250 per person deposit to confirm your reservation upon signing up. A total of $250 per person must be paid by February 28, 2011 and full payment is due by May 15, 2011. (Suites, Triple and Quad occupancy cabins also required a $250 per person deposit upon signing up)

Rates are not guaranteed once the initial inventory of group cabin categories rates are sold out.
The highly restrictive EARLY SAVER RATES are also available, however they do not allow for any refunds and require a $250 per person deposit, which is non-refundable if you had to cancel. These rates are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time. Please inquire about these rates.

OPTIONAL VACATION PROTECTION PLAN (insurance) is highly recommended to protect your vacation and cruise investment. Details and an application form will be provided.

A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $250 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN RESERVATION. PAYMENTS TOTALLING $250 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED BY FEBRUARY 28, 2011. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY MAY 15, 2011.

If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Carnival Cruise Lines. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO., INC. Final payment is due by May 15, 2011. If you are paying by credit card, your scheduled installments and final payments will automatically be charged to your credit card when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before May 15, 2011 no penalty for cancellation, after May 15, 2011 and before June 15, 2011 a penalty of $250 per person for cancellations, after June 15, 2011 and before June 30, 2011 a penalty of 50% of your vacation package cost is assessed, after June 30, 2011 and before July 15, 2011 a penalty of 75% of your vacation package cost is assessed, and after July 15, 2011 no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after May 15, 2011. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have the proper travel documentation (passport or original birth certificate with photo id.) and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. Carnival Cruise Lines and Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk.
